Tea Length and Booklet Catholic Wedding Programs      
There are 2 main sizes for our Catholic wedding programs, Tea Length and Booklet.

Adding Ribbons or Tassels To Your Programs

Adding ribbons or tassels to your Catholic wedding program is an option you can select when you personalize your programs.  You can select a 5/8" wide Satin or 1-1/2" Chiffon (Organza) ribbon for an addional $ .45 per program that we ship pre-cut to length, or a luxurious tassel for $1.10 each per booklet style and $1.25 per each Tea Length Style.

You can have us tie them on for you (what we term assembly).  Look for the Ribbons and More Icon in the Design Studio when personalizing,  where you'll be able to see exactly what your ribbon or tassel will look like when added to your program.

To add ribbon to any program style, we drill 2 holes on the spine for the ribbon to be inserted from the inside to the outside of your programs.  Then if required, we secure your cover and insert papers with a single staple located in between the 2 holes which is covered by the ribbon.

Tea Length Programs

The Tea Length program style provides for a very long & elegant presentation.  To visualize the proper size for a Tea Length program, take a regular piece of 8.5 x 11 paper and fold it in half lengthwise. 

Half Fold Program
With our Half Fold style, your wedding party and ceremony information is printed directly onto the back side of your cover sheet.  Normally the wedding party is listed on the left and the ceremony on the right, however this can be reversed upon request. 

Half Fold + Vellum Insert Your wedding party & ceremony information is printed onto a single sheet of sheer Vellum paper and then stapled to your cover sheet.

Ribbons or tassels can be added to your wedding programs when you personalize your design.

Booklet Style Programs

If you have a larger wedding party or you wish to list your processionals, music selections and other details, then you need to select the Booklet Style Program.

Half Fold Program
Your wedding party and ceremony information is printed directly onto the back side of your cover sheet.  Normally the wedding party is listed on the left and the ceremon on the right, however this can be reversed upon request. 

Unfortunately, this program style is not available for the Traditional designs as the embossing on the front cover prevents us from printing on the inside of the cover.

 Half Fold + Vellum Insert

Your wedding party & ceremony information is printed onto a single sheet of sheer Vellum paper and then stapled to your cover sheet.

This program style provides a more finished look, when compared to printing directly onto the insides of your cover sheet.

Ribbons or tassels can be added to your wedding programs when you personalize your design.

Booklet Style & 4 Inside Pages 

If your wedding party is rather large, or you want to include all their relationships and additional ceremony details, then select the Booklet Style& 4 Inside Pages program layout. 

You can still print on the insides of your front & back covers, however we include a matching or complementary insert sheet that provides you with 4 addtional inside pages.  This style prints the headings (does not include any of the ceremony text) of your ceremony and has the room to add a dedication or include some of your customs & traditions.

Full Ceremony & Responses 

We make it easy to create a custom Full Ceremony Program.  All you need to do is personalize your front and back cover, then pick the Font Styles for your wedding party page.  Then select your ceremony (During Mass, Outside of Mass or Unbaptized) and submit your order.

You will receive a series of forms for you to list your wedding party and ceremony information.  We then take your information and create the inside pages of your program.  There is nothing for you to do but review the proofs that we send you and tell us what we need to change to make it perfect.

This program layout includes up to 12 inside pages along with printing on the inside of your covers. It is an excellent way of providing your non-Catholic guests with a complete and comprehensive guide to help them fully participate in your beautiful Catholic marriage ceremony.

Full Ceremony & Printed Music 

We make it easy to create a custom Full Ceremony & Printed Music Program.  All you need to do is personalize your front and back cover, then pick the Font Styles for your wedding party page.

Then select your ceremony (During Mass, Outside of Mass or Unbaptized) and submit your order.

You will receive a series of forms for you to list your wedding party, ceremony information and the music that you want printed in your program.  We then take your information and create the inside pages of your program.  There is nothing for you to do but review the proofs that we send you and tell us what we need to change to make it perfect.

This program layout includes up to 16 inside pages along with printing on the inside of your covers.
