Sample Orders

If you ordered any of our samples, your sample order will ship in 2 business days as we will be printing your samples to order.

Wedding Program Orders

If you submitted a wedding program print order, our designers (yes, a pair of real human eyes) will now review your design to ensure that everything is positioned correctly and "tweak" it if required.  You will receive an email within 2 business days advising you that a high resolution PDF proof is ready for your final review that you can retrieve from your dashboard by logging into your account.

We provide 2 revised proofs in addition to the initial proof that you receive. You'll have one last chance to review it for spelling mistakes and grammatical errors and if it's perfect, we'll ask you to approve if for printing.  Your order will ship within 2 business days of your approval.  

Therefore, please allow at least 5 business days from the day you submit your program order for your order to approve your final proof and for your order to ship.   

Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your shipment with UPS.

Rush Orders

If you're in a rush and don't have the time to go through our regular process, no problem.  Simple pay our $35.00 Rush Fee when you submit your order and we'll push your order through to meet your schedule.  For more information on our Rush Order process, please click here
