- Yes, we have a minimum order size of 50 programs, which does include free regular ground shiping with UPS. Our pricing is also based on the number of programs you order. The larger your order, the less you pay per program.
- Will I Receive A Proof Of My Order?
- You can request a low resolution PDF proof (that will contain a temporary water-mark) at any time while you are personlizing your product.
You can save the PDF proof to your hard-drive and then share it with your priest (if it's a wedding program), your fiance or whoever.
Once you submit your order, we will review your design, "tweak" it if necessary and then send you a proof by email to approve before we print. This way, you know exactly what you will receive and you'll have the comfort of knowing that at least one pair of "real" eyes have looked over your design. - When Will I Be Billed and How Can I Pay for My Order?
- You won't be billed until yo submit your order for printing and you'll have to go through our shopping cart to do that.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express Cards as payment. - Do You Service Rush Orders?
- We specialize in Rush Orders, especially for Wedding Programs. Our normal process takes 3 business days to print & ship your programs from the date that you approve your final PDF proof. Then our free ground shipping with UPS can take anywhere from 3 to 5 additional business days to be delivered.
- We can speed up our internal process for you, however there is a Rush Fee of $35.00 to push your order through the production schedule. You can choose to add this charge when you're checking out by clicking on the Add Rush Fee option.
- You will also have the option of upgrading your shipping method when you're checking out. If you have any questions, please give us a call and we'll do our best to help you.
- How Secure Is Your Site For On-Line Purchasing?
- CatholicBrides.com utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption provided by Geotrust for the secure exchange of your credit card data and your purchase information. Any pages where your personal or credit card information is gathered are encrypted with SSL.
From the moment you start entering your shipping & billing information, look for the Geotrust logo. This signifies that the page is secure. - Will I Be Charged Any Taxes?
- Orders shipped to the US are not charged any taxes by CatholicBrides.com.
We charge a 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) for all orders shipped to ON, NL and NB residents. 12% HST for orders shipped to BC and a 5% GST to residents of AB, MN, SK, PEI, QC, NT and NU.
Canadian residents of Nova Scotia will be charged the 15% HST. - Can I Place My Order Over The Telphone?
- All orders must be placed via our website, since each order needs to be personalized with your own names and wording.
- When Will I Receive My Order?
- Wedding programs generally ship on the 3rd business day following your order. So if you place your order on a Monday, we are shipping no later than that same Thursday.
Similarly, if you place your order on a Friday, we will ship no later than the following Wednesday.
Invitations and other non-Wedding Program products will ship within 7 business days following the date you placed your order. Invitations and other related items require a bit more time to produce and ship since there are normally several different related or matching items included in the order. - Are There Any Extra Handling Charges or "Hidden Fees"?
- No, we do not post any extra or hidden fees or charges. You will be advised of all charges when you go to check out.
Since we are located in Canada and considered by some US based banks to be an "International Location", please check with your bank to see if there are any additional fees that they may add to your credit card purchase.
