You Receive Free Ground Shipping With All Regular Orders:
Shipments to the 48 contiguous states within the US will be sent via UPS Regular Ground Delivery.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico will be sent via UPS Expedited Service, since regular ground service is not an option.
The amount of the charge will be calculated for you when you submit your order payment.
All orders to Canada will be shipped via UPS Regular Ground service.
For Regular Ground delivery, please allow 1-5 business days for delivery, depending on your geographical location.
Rush Orders may incur additional shipping charges if Regular Ground service will not deliver your order in time.
A rush order is defined as a deposit order received with 2 weeks or less before your wedding date.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification complete with your tracking number and information on how to track your order.
- How Long Will It Take For My Shipment To Arrive?
- US destined shipments using Standard UPS Ground shipment will be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on your geographical location.
Canadian shipments using standard delivery will be delivered within 3 business days for orders for Ontario and 6 business days for all other provinces. - Do You Ship To P.O. Boxes?
- Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. We do require a physical address to ship to, which can be your residence or place of work.
- Do You Ship Internationally, What Are The Shipping Options and Charges?

We do accept orders and ship to Australia , Ireland and the UK. Shipping charges will be displayed when you enter the shopping cart.
- How Do You Package Your Shipments?
- Each order is first inserted into a bubble pouch and then packaged in a durable cardboard box to properly protect your keepsakes.
